Ketosis is the answer

I lose weight when two things happen:

1.  I don't feel lazy and lethargic.
  • When I feel good I move more.  I don't mean I go run 20 miles I mean when I feel better (less haziness in my head, an increase in energy) I naturally move more.  Meaning I freely choose to walk or exert energy without thinking about it simply because I don't feel crappy!
 2.  I don't mentally have cravings all day and all night.
  • Meaning... I am weak when it comes to food.  If I see it I eat it.  I catch myself eating food and I'm not even hungry.  My brain is telling me to eat or drink stuff and I listen.  When I try to disobey the messages from my brain it lasts about 10 minutes and then I eat.
The only thing that has worked for me is to get my body in the chemical state of ketosis.

The fastest way to do that is to drink ketones and then two things happen:
1.  I have sustained energy and feel good,
2.  My body does not crave carbs and I don't feel the need to snack.
