1. I don't feel lazy and lethargic.

- When I feel good I move more. I don't mean I go run 20 miles I mean when I feel better (less haziness in my head, an increase in energy) I naturally move more. Meaning I freely choose to walk or exert energy without thinking about it simply because I don't feel crappy!
- Meaning... I am weak when it comes to food. If I see it I eat it. I catch myself eating food and I'm not even hungry. My brain is telling me to eat or drink stuff and I listen. When I try to disobey the messages from my brain it lasts about 10 minutes and then I eat.
